Liberals don't know where to draw the line for their universal empathy and motherhood sentiments, while they don't have the first clue on how to solve the real world problems. Modern liberals suffers from a dysfunctional form of idealism, which sees the world in black and white ideals.
They project themselves as bleeding hearts for world problems, although without taking any real responsibility or follow-though in actions.
They catch their followers young, who are still getting ready for the real world and have no experience in real-world challenges. Liberal activism makes these youngsters feel important and feeds their egos, without applying any real brain to understand the nuances of world problems like war and terrorism.
Liberal political view begins and ends in a la la land, still leaving the dirty work for somebody else doing a more boring job behind the scenes.
Their real masters, the so-called icons, know well, that they're feeding these starry-eyed kids the BS. But like a ponzy scheme, media attention keeps trickling down the pyramid. Yesterday's "rebels" become tomorrow's "leaders". While most wisen up with age, there's enough supply of young blood which keeps rotating the wheels.
This entire ecosystem thrives on the status of victimhood. Victimhood, because, when you're the victim, the spotlight is on you, and nobody wants you take any responsibility. Such system rarely produces responsible adult citizens, but bumbling teenagers, who always blame the daddy government, and refuse to grow up.
Cognitive dissonance is clearly apparent by the kind of arguments presented by the liberal collective in any set up ...
- They claim women rights to be the biggest issue but also want to preserve the 'Islamic way of life,' however misogynistic.
- They write emotional eulogies for the terror victims but also want to bend over backwards to accommodate jihadi ideologues in the name of free speech.
- They cry rivers for farmer suicides but resist real measures like land acquisition to uplift them from poverty.
- They champion India's diversity and take pride in it, but oppose national integrity, and instead become mouth pieces of Pakistan's interest.
All in the name of democracy and freedom. But these cheerleaders of freedom, take that very freedom for granted. And this attitude is disgustingly elitist. A generation, which treats freedom like a commodity, exhausting all it's features, but contributing very little.
You can be a special little snowflake, who is entitled to all the freedom to speak and express. But you don't deserve it, freedom is not enforced by the Gods in the sky, it's earned by effort and maintained by loyalty and duty.
When you start working against the interest of your own country, for whatever perverted fantasy of freedom, no amount of verbal gymnastics will protect your side of the argument, you become a liability. Period.
